2 liters whole fresh milk
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt, to taste
Tools Needed:
1 large pot
1 wooden spoon
1 fine mesh strainer
1 cheesecloth or lightweight kitchen towel
1 ricotta mold (or small colander)
