Classic Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with Parmesan (if using) and serve hot!
