4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, starting from the meaty portion and stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently pull the shell apart to expose the lobster meat, but leave the meat attached at the base of the tail. Lift the meat slightly and rest it on top of the shell.
Make the Lemon Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
