🥚 Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard (or Dijon mustard)
1 teaspoon white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Boil the Eggs:
Place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with water.
Bring to a boil, then cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel.
2. Prepare the Filling:
Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
Place the yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
3. Mix the Ingredients:
Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Fill the Egg Whites:
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
5. Garnish:
Lightly sprinkle with paprika for flavor and color.
6. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served cold!
