Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) self-raising flour
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup (120g) cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup (125ml) Ultramel custard
1/4 cup (60ml) milk (more if needed)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Topping:
1-2 tbsp milk (for brushing)
1-2 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
