Crockpot Mac and Cheese (No Boil!)
✅ Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella (or Monterey Jack)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2½ cups milk (whole milk or 2%)
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika or black pepper (optional)
4 tbsp butter (sliced)
Optional: 4 oz cream cheese (for extra creaminess)
