Ingredients:
500g ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1/2 cup ketchup (for the glaze)
1 tbsp brown sugar (for the glaze)
1 tsp mustard (for the glaze)
Fresh parsley for garnish
