Baked Potato and Minced Meat Casserole
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (sliced)
300g minced meat (beef or lamb)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, then add the minced meat and cook until browned.
Add tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer potatoes and minced meat, repeating until finished.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil, add cheese, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve hot!
