  • 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional but great!)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning (optional)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
