Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard (optional for texture)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
