🍰 Soft Biscuit Cream Dessert (No Oven)
Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 pack of tea biscuits (or any plain biscuits)
1 cup of milk (for dipping the biscuits)
For the Cream Layer:
1 liter milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Chocolate Layer:
200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
Topping (optional):
Grated coconut or chocolate shavings
