Ingredients
200 g Maria biscuits
500 ml whipped cream
250 g quark (or cream  cheese)
100 g icing sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
100 ml milk (for the biscuit base)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional for decoration)
Fresh berries or chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
