Today, I want to share a “Three Minute” jam recipe with you. This jam is quick to prepare, taking only a few minutes, while preserving the maximum amount of beneficial vitamins.

INGREDIENTS:

raspberries – 1 kg
blackberries – 1 kg
blackcurrants (frozen) – 1.1 kg
sugar – 1.5 kg
Zhelfix (orange) – 3 packets of 25 g each
Preparing the berries :
The raspberries and blackberries are lightly chopped. If you prefer a smooth jam without any lumps, you can use an immersion blender.

If the blackcurrants are frozen, pour them into a saucepan and heat until they are soft, then chop them lightly as well.
