Ingredients (serves 3β4):
For the shrimp:
β’ 500g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 2 tbsp honey
β’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ Β½ cup flour
β’ 2 eggs, beaten
β’ 1 cup panko or regular breadcrumbs
β’ Oil for frying
β’ Skewers (wooden or metal)
For the Tangy Lime Dip:
β’ 3 tbsp mayo
β’ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
β’ 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
β’ Β½ tsp lime zest
β’ 1 tsp honey
β’ A pinch of chili flakes or hot sauce (optional)
