Ingredients

2 large zucchini (approx. 500 g), for long strips
100 g crumbled feta cheese
100 g grated or finely diced mozzarella
1 medium egg for binding the filling
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 small bunch of chives (approx. 10 g), chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano or herbs de Provence
50 g breadcrumbs for crispness
Fine salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the optional yogurt sauce:
150 g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
