I made this using a 7-inch push cheesecake pan, but you can also use a springform pan or even a regular pie dish if that’s what you have on hand.
This cheesecake isn’t as sweet as a traditional cheesecake, but it satisfies the craving without costing you points. If you have a sweet tooth and don’t mind using a few of your personal points, you can increase the amount of Splenda (or your favorite sugar substitute) to make it sweeter.
