🥄 Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine:
cream cheese
sour cream
taco seasoning
garlic powder
Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the Veggies
Stir in:
cheddar cheese
black beans
corn
red pepper
green onions
cilantro
jalapeño (optional)
Mix well to combine all colors and textures.
3. Spread on Tortillas
Lay a tortilla flat.
Spread a generous layer of the filling evenly across the entire surface.
4. Roll It Up
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
Repeat for all tortillas.
5. Chill
Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.
This makes slicing much easier and cleaner.
6. Slice into Pinwheels
Cut each roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) slices.
