Ingredients (8 scones)

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol (or any keto sweetener)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Zest of 1 orange

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or coconut oil)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice (optional, adds flavor)

Add-ins

  • 1/3 cup sugar-free dried cranberries
    (or fresh cranberries chopped, if preferred)
