Creamy Shrimp Dip

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 g crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 200 g cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar.

  4. Fold in the crab meat gently.

  5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake for 15–18 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve warm.

Serve with: garlic bread, tortilla chips, toasted baguette, or crackers.
