🥣 Instructions

1. Make the base

  • Crush the biscuits into small pieces (not powder — keep some chunks).

  • Add the melted butter and mix well.

  • Press the mixture firmly into a round cake pan.

  • Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

2. Make the chocolate cream

  • Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan (don’t boil).

  • Add the chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted.

  • Add the cocoa, sugar, and vanilla.

  • Mix until smooth.

3. Assemble the cake

  • Pour the chocolate cream over the biscuit base.

  • Smooth the top.

  • Add chocolate chips or caramel if you like.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
