Instructions

1. Make the crust

  • Mix graham crumbs with melted butter.

  • Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

  • Chill.

2. Make the cheesecake

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  • Add melted chocolate, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream.

  • Mix until silky.

  • Pour over the crust.

  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes. Let cool completely.

3. Make the topping

  • In a small saucepan, heat condensed milk, egg yolk, and butter.

  • Stir constantly until thickened.

  • Remove from heat, add pecans and coconut.

  • Spread over the cooled cheesecake.

4. Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
