Instructions
1. Make the crust

Mix graham crumbs with melted butter.

Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

Chill.
2. Make the cheesecake

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add melted chocolate, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream.

Mix until silky.

Pour over the crust.

Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes. Let cool completely.
3. Make the topping

In a small saucepan, heat condensed milk, egg yolk, and butter.

Stir constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat, add pecans and coconut.

Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
4. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
