Spaghetti Pasta Salad Recipe

 

 

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta

  • Boil the spaghetti until tender.

  • Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.

2. Prepare the vegetables

  • Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives, broccoli, and bell pepper.

  • Add them to a large bowl.

3. Make the dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together:
    olive oil + lemon juice + vinegar + garlic powder + oregano + salt + pepper + honey.

4. Combine everything

  • Add the cooled spaghetti to the vegetables.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad.

  • Toss gently until well combined.

5. Chill and serve

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best flavor.

  • Serve cold and enjoy!
