Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Step 2: Brown the Beef & Sausage

Add ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking apart as they cook.
Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Whisk in cream cheese until smooth and thick.
Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Step 4: Combine Everything
Add cooked linguine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Return the cooked beef and sausage to the skillet and mix gently.
If needed, add a splash of pasta water for a silkier consistency.
