Instructions:
1. Prepare the chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat a pan with olive oil and butter, then lightly sear each chicken breast on both sides until golden (about 2–3 minutes each side).

Transfer to a baking dish.
2. Make the creamy sauce

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add heavy cream and stir gently.

Add half of the mozzarella/cheddar and parmesan.

Let it melt and thicken for 2 minutes.
3. Assemble the dish

Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.

Add the remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
5. Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
