Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Wash and cut the potatoes in half (don’t peel them).
Place the potato halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
Brush them with olive oil or melted butter.
Season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each potato half.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.
Serve hot, optionally with sour cream or a dip.
