1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 cups vegetable broth (or water)

Juice of half a lemon

Herb Sauce (Simple Pesto)

A handful of fresh parsley

A handful of fresh cilantro or basil

1–2 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

A pinch of salt

(Optional) 1 tablespoon lemon juice
