Hearty Breakfast Bowl

1. Prepare the grits or mashed potatoes:

Cook grits (or mashed potatoes) according to package directions.

Add a little butter, salt, and pepper for flavor.

Spread them at the bottom of a bowl.

2. Cook the eggs:

In a small pan, melt a little butter.

Add beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and stir gently until soft and creamy (scrambled).

Add a bit of cheese on top while they’re still warm.

3. Cook the meats:

In another pan, cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook sausage patties until golden brown.

Finally, cook the sliced sausages until nicely browned.

4. Assemble the bowl:

Place the grits (or mashed potatoes) at the bottom.

Add scrambled eggs on top.

Arrange bacon, sausage patties, and sliced sausages around the eggs.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Serve with a warm biscuit on the side.
