Soft Biscuit Cream Dessert (No Oven)

Instructions:

Prepare the Cream:

In a pot, mix milk + sugar + flour + cornstarch.

Cook on medium heat while stirring until it thickens.

Remove from heat and add butter + vanilla, mix well.

Let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Base:

Dip each biscuit quickly in milk (just for 1 second so it doesn’t get mushy).

Place them neatly in a rectangular or square dish forming one layer.

Add the Cream Layer:

Pour half of the cream over the biscuits.

Add another layer of milk-dipped biscuits.

Pour the remaining cream on top.

Chocolate Layer:

Melt chocolate with butter and milk (on low heat).

Pour it gently over the cream layer.

Decoration:

Sprinkle coconut or chocolate shavings.

Chill:

Put in the fridge for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is better).
