Egg Salad Croissant Sandwich Recipe

 

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs:
    Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and boil for 10 minutes.
    Cool them in cold water, then peel and chop into small cubes.

  2. Prepare the egg salad:
    In a bowl, mix together chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, green onions, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Stir until everything is well combined.

  3. Assemble the sandwich:
    Cut croissants in half horizontally.
    Spoon the egg salad mixture onto the bottom half and cover with the top half of the croissant.

  4. Serve & enjoy!
    Serve cold or slightly chilled — perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light lunch.
