For the shortbread base:

175g unsalted butter (softened)
For the caramel layer:
100g unsalted butter
100g light brown sugar
400g sweetened condensed milk
For the chocolate topping:
250g Galaxy milk chocolate (or more if you like it extra thick!)
1 tbsp vegetable oil (optional, for a glossy finish)
