Preparation:
1. Cut the white cabbage into strips and finely dice the onion.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
3. Optionally, add bacon and fry.
4. Add the cabbage and fry briefly.
5. Stir in the tomato paste and sprinkle with paprika.
6. Deglaze with stock, season with salt and pepper.
7. Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
