🧁 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cream the Ingredients
    In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and powdered sugar on low speed until smooth.
    Add salt, vanilla extract, flour, and chopped pecans. Mix until well combined.

  3. Shape and Bake
    Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
    Bake for about 11 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.

  4. Coat in Powdered Sugar
    Let the cookies cool slightly. Place powdered sugar in a large bowl or bag and roll 3–4 cookies at a time to coat them evenly.
    Transfer to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.

  5. Double Coat for Perfection
    Once cooled, roll the cookies again in powdered sugar for that classic snowy look and extra sweetness.
