Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 20cm (8-inch) springform pan.

Mix wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add ricotta cheese, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. - 
Add dry ingredients:
Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until combined. - 
Add chocolate chips:
Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula. - 
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 40–50 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. - 
Cool and serve:
Let the cake cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
