👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Veggies & Chicken
Thinly slice the bell peppers and onion.
Cut chicken into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
2. Cook It Up
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté peppers and onions until soft and slightly caramelized (about 5–7 mins).
Push veggies to the side, add chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through.
3. Get Cheesy
Mix everything together in the skillet.
Place provolone slices over the mixture and let them melt over low heat.
4. Toast & Assemble
Toast the hoagie rolls until warm and lightly crispy.
Load them up with the cheesy chicken-pepper filling.
Serve hot — and enjoy every bite!
