Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and water/milk until smooth.
Coat the cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting any excess drip off. Then roll in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
Arrange on baking sheet or air fryer tray: Place florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake or air fry:
Oven: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Air fryer: Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve hot with dipping sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
