🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked sausage and cheeses. Add any optional veggies if using.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups (fill about 3/4 full).
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until set and golden on top.
Cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge or freeze for later.
