Sticky Honey Garlic Steak with Rotini

Sesame seeds

Chopped green onions

Steamed broccoli or stir-fry veggies

🔪 Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to the package. Drain, toss with a little butter or olive oil, and set aside.

Marinate the steak: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, and brown sugar. Add the sliced steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).

Cook the steak:

Heat a pan over medium-high heat with sesame or olive oil.

Sear the steak slices (don’t crowd the pan) until browned and cooked through (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Remove the steak and set aside.

Make the sticky sauce:

Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and bring it to a simmer.

Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water, then stir it into the sauce.

Let it thicken for 1–2 minutes until glossy and sticky.

Combine: Add the cooked steak back to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.

Serve: Plate the rotini pasta, top with the sticky honey garlic steak, drizzle extra sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
