Ingredients
For the steak marinade & sauce:
1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
3 tablespoons honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for extra stickiness)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening)
1 tablespoon water (to mix with cornstarch)
1 tablespoon sesame oil or olive oil
Red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
For the pasta:
8 oz (about 2–3 cups) rotini pasta
Salted water for boiling
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
