Loaded Mashed Potato Cups (Muffin Tin Style)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

Mix mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, sour cream, and butter if using.

Scoop mashed potatoes into each muffin cup — pack them in gently and mound slightly over the top.

Top each cup with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and chopped chives.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
