Add everything into your crockpot:
Pour in the elbow macaroni (uncooked), both types of milk, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
Stir gently to combine.
Season (optional but recommended):
Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a bit of garlic powder or paprika for flavor.
Cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30–45 minutes.
The pasta will cook in the milk, and the cheeses will melt to make everything creamy.
Add a little more milk if it gets too thick while cooking.
Once the pasta is tender and everything is melted and creamy, serve warm!
🔥 Tips:
Want it extra cheesy? Stir in 1 more cup of cheese at the end.
Want a baked version? Transfer to a dish, top with breadcrumbs & broil for a few mins.
You can also mix in bacon bits, jalapeños, or even cooked chicken.
