Prepare Breading Station

In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and spices.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet (about 350°F / 175°C).

Bread the Chicken

Take each strip from the marinade, let the excess drip, and coat well in the flour mixture.

Press the flour firmly onto the chicken to get those crispy flakes!

Fry

Carefully place strips into hot oil. Fry 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Don’t overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.

Drain

Place on a wire rack or paper towels to remove excess oil.
