Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare dough:
Cut each biscuit (or dough piece) in half or into small pieces.
Press into the bottom of a greased mini muffin pan to form a little cup.
Assemble the bites:
Add about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
Place 1 mini meatball on top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.
Add a pinch of Italian seasoning on top if you like.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve warm — maybe with extra marinara sauce for dipping!
Tips:
You can make mini meatballs from scratch or use frozen ones (just pre-cook them).
Want to get fancy? Add chopped pepperoni, mushrooms, or olives before baking.
