🔹 Instructions:
1. Make the Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 15-20 min).
Drain and mash with butter and milk. Add salt to taste.
2. Cook the Chicken Fried Steak
In one bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each steak in flour mix → egg mix → then flour mix again.
Heat oil in a pan and fry steaks on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
3. Make the Gravy
In the same pan, leave about 2 tablespoons of oil and whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, then slowly add milk while stirring.
Season with salt and LOTS of black pepper. Simmer until thickened.
