Ingredients:
For the Crispy Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts (or 4 small ones)
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Creamy Pasta:
250g (8 oz) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
