Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

🛒 Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti (or any pasta)
1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
3️⃣ Add drained pasta, lemon juice, parmesan, and parsley. Toss to coat.
4️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy!

2 large tortillas
1/2 avocado (mashed)
2 tbsp mayo or ranch
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tomato (diced)
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Spread mashed avocado and mayo on the tortilla.
2️⃣ Add chopped chicken, lettuce, cheese, tomato, and hot sauce.
3️⃣ Roll tightly, toast in a pan for 2 minutes per side.
4️⃣ Slice and serve!

4 eggs
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup feta or shredded cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
