2 cooked chicken tenders (or rotisserie chicken)
2 large tortillas
1/2 avocado (mashed)
2 tbsp mayo or ranch
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tomato (diced)
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Spread mashed avocado and mayo on the tortilla.
2️⃣ Add chopped chicken, lettuce, cheese, tomato, and hot sauce.
3️⃣ Roll tightly, toast in a pan for 2 minutes per side.
4️⃣ Slice and serve!
🍳 Cheesy Egg & Spinach Skillet

4 eggs
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup feta or shredded cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt butter in a pan, sauté spinach for 1 minute.
2️⃣ Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3️⃣ Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and cook until eggs are set (about 5 min).
4️⃣ Serve with toasted bread!
