Cook the Shrimp:

Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and fully cooked. Remove from heat and chop shrimp into smaller pieces.

In the same pan, add bell peppers and onions.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Assemble the Quesadilla:

Place a tortilla in a clean pan over low-medium heat.
Sprinkle half of the cheese on one side.
Add shrimp, sautéed veggies, and the remaining cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half, pressing it gently.
Cook the Quesadilla:

Add a little butter to the pan for a crispy texture.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese melts.
