1 lb (450g) lump crab meat
1 cup Cheddar Bay biscuit mix (or biscuit crumbs + ½ tsp garlic powder)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ lemon, juiced
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
For the Lemon Butter Frosting:

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
