Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crispy Chicken:
Flatten the chicken breasts slightly with a mallet or rolling pin.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Coat the chicken in flour, then dip it in beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
2. Cook the Pasta:
Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
Let it simmer for a few minutes until thick and creamy. If too thick, add a bit of milk.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
4. Serve:
Slice the crispy chicken and place it on top of the creamy pasta.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
