Salmon with Cheese, Garlic Butter, and Spinach
Ingredients:
For the salmon:
– 4 salmon fillets (skinless or skinless)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper to taste
For the topping:
– 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the garlic butter:
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
